  • Cakes & Pastries
    • Learn all about cakes starting from basic sponges, to buttercream icings and whipped cream icing.
    • Learn to bake like a professional , with correct measurements, techniques, instruments and piping techniques. Practice everday with us here at the academy.
    • You get to learn all about chocolate decorations, egg & eggless variety of cakes, cakes with & without condensed milk, difference in textures and much more detailed theoretical part.

 

  • Cheese cakes
    • As we all know, cheesecakes is all about 3 components, the crust , the filling and the topping. Learn from scratch to knowing how to effectively price your cakes.

  • Tarts & Pies
    • Learn a variety of sweet and savoury tarts and pies from around the world. Enough to open your own cafeteria.

  • Soufflés  & Mousses
    • 12 types of desserts will be taught along with presentation skills . We’ll get you prepped to open your own café , we promise.
  • Breads
    • Learn to make breads like the French bakers. Stuffed breads and loaves all will be included right from scratch.
  • Cookies
    • Hands on sessions for all cookies class .no mistakes allowed, right from sizing to baking to cooling and storing and selling your cookies off.
  • Puff pastry
    • A chef is not complete without knowing the right skills to make some laminated dough and a variety of items with it.
